Traditional SaaS was designed around one standard product for every customer. That was economical when software changes were slow and expensive. AI-assisted engineering has reduced that cost, but the pricing, release, and roadmap model has largely stayed the same.
You pay for each person who needs access. You adapt your processes to the product. You wait for the vendor’s roadmap. When you need something different, it becomes another licence, another implementation project, or another workaround.
PushAI uses a different operating model. Its name stands for Personalised. Unique. Software. Human-led. AI-enabled. It is one maintained platform, shaped around how your company actually works. AI helps us build and improve it faster. People still decide what matters, what is safe, and what reaches production.
This is not bespoke software that we build and leave for you to maintain. PushAI remains responsible for the infrastructure, security, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance—including the features we create specifically for your business.
You can submit any feature you need. We agree the priorities together, add approved work to your roadmap, deliver it to your preview environment, and move it to production when you are ready. Training is part of that process.
Access is company-wide within an agreed size range. AI is already included. Product improvements are part of the service. You should not need a new purchasing decision every time another colleague needs access, or a new consulting project every time the software needs to improve.
